How to practice oil pulling?
· Brush your teeth before as the point of oil pulling is to recondition your oral biofilm
· Put 1 tsp of organic *coconut oil in your mouth
· To improve the benefits, add 1 drop of Young Living Therapeutic essential oil such as Clove, Thieves®, Frankincense, Lemon, Peppermint, Oregano, Clove depending of what you are working on
· Swish for 10 to 20 minutes while having your shower or walking in the garden
· When you have finished spit the oil out into a trash can (not in the sink or toilets to avoid clogging), then rinse your mouth with water
*Coconut oil cold pressed and organic is the best oil to use as it contains lauric acid, known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Add to coconut oil some powerful therapeutic essential oils and you have a winning team! Organic sesame oil is also an option.
