Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique, which can be used to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalance in the body and can complement other treatments. A Reiki treatment helps increase energy levels, promotes wellbeing and brings spiritual awareness. I practice and teach the traditional Usui Method of Healing. My Reiki treatments are enhanced by the Sekhem energy which was channelled to me during a meditation and by my knowledge of many other modalities.

Children and Reiki: Children respond very well to Reiki. The Reiki energy helps them to relax and even fall asleep. They love helping preparing the room and talking about crystals and the “magic” of feeling energy in their hands.

Why is Energy Clearing important?
The human Energy Field or Aura is an invisible field, a complex web of pathways that surrounds us. There are 7 main layers, the easiest way to identify and understand these layers is to associate each one with one of the 7 main chakras.
Our Aura is a reflection of our true self and is unique to each of us. The energy emanates in, through and around our Physical Being. It is a DNA blue print of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It contains information about our past and present, our health, emotions, traumas, even our character…Our emotions, our feelings, thoughts and the way we treat our body will change our Aura and our chakras.
The Chakras (‘spinning wheel’ in Sanskrit) are very important energy centers. When they are unbalanced, weak or leaking, it will affect everything, our health, our emotions, our relationships, our ability to be happy and leading the life we want.
Our Energy Field possesses a memory of everything that is and has ever happened to us. The correct function of our Energy Field is vital for good health and wellbeing. Removing blockages, disturbances and re-balancing the chakras and cleaning and sealing regularly our Energy Field will prevent diseases or other problems from manifesting in the physical body. If we already are manifesting a disease or any other physical or emotional problems it will assist with healing.
