Booking
A booking for a course, Distance Healing, initiation and Online Mentoring or Past Life Session cannot be accepted without full payment of fees.
Treatments and Mentoring Sessions: please note that your appointment time has been allocated especially to you. All appointments and sessions require some preparation time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you will need to make those alterations at least 24 hours in advance otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the session.
Past Life Regression and Soul Regression Therapy sessions are for a 3 hour block of clinic time. If you need to cancel or postpone your session, you have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to call me or send me a message. otherwise we reserve the right to charge for the FULL cost of the session.
To secure the appointment you can pay online (with a credit card or Paypal) or by bank deposit at the time of booking. Cash payment for the full fee of the session is also possible.
Package and Vouchers
All packages (Reiki, Mentoring, past Life Regression, infrared sauna), Vouchers and special offers are valid for 6 months.
Refund Policy Workshops & Courses
Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by Living Inspired. We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. Rescheduling a course will be only considered if the demand is done at least 7 days before the course or in case of last minute health problem, a medical certificate is provided.
All classes and workshops offered by Living Inspired require a minimum number of students to proceed. If the minimum number is not met you will be notified and granted a full refund. You acknowledge that refunds may take up to 8 business days to be processed. Students can choose to accept a credit note or transfer to another course of the same value, subject to availability.
Retreats & Soul Regression Therapy Training
These Booking Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract for the services provided. By booking with us and paying the non-refundable deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you. If you have any queries regarding these Conditions please raise your query with us.
Cancellation Policy Retreats & Soul Regression Therapy Training
If the retreat or Soul regression training cannot go ahead for any reason (including insufficient student numbers or unforeseen events like Covid-related cancellations), we will notify you as soon as possible. You may transfer your full payment to another retrea or training, or you may request a full refund of your payment to us constituting a full settlement.
If you cancel your booking, refunds are not offered for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable. Your reservation can be transferred to another person’s name upon your arrangement of that transfer.
Out-of-pocket expenses (such as hotel, food and travel fees) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and selecting refundable travel options.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your retreat or training start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
If you cancel 30 days before your retreat or training start date, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat or training. You will forfeit 50% of the price of your retreat or training.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat or training start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early on your booked retreat.
Intellectual Property Rights
You agree to comply with all Australian intellectual property laws.
The access and use of the Site is for personal, educational and non-commercial use and you cannot claim it as your own or deal with it in anyway
