Everyone’s path is different. I have been lucky enough to ask myself, at a very early age, the fundamental questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is the purpose of my life? These are universal questions that all humans ask themselves at some stage of their lives.

I was born with the drive to make sense of my life. Even if I didn’t have the support of my family I knew I had to find ways to ‘realize myself’, knowing intimately that without having a purpose to my life I would be unhappy.

I remember years ago at the funeral of a friend’s father wondering, whilst listening to his eulogy, what would be said at my funeral. I know, it is a weird question to ask oneself, but in my view it is an essential one. What is the imprint I will leave on this earth? Have I loved enough? Helped and inspired others? What is my legacy to my children, to this earth?

Sometime we feel stuck and lose sight of our purpose. Our life becomes unfulfilling and we hesitate to make a move. From my experience it is only the first step which is hard. Once you have made the decision to change suddenly you feel excited, vibrant, once again in tune with who you are: a beautiful human being in search of meaning, passion and purpose.

It is always time to reflect on where we are at in life. What would we like to change or just improve? A good way to do it is to write. What makes me happy? What is the purpose of my life today? Start writing spontaneously, without correcting yourself till you feel it is your heart which is talking.

Sometime it is hard to find the answer in our self and we need some help, someone gently, expertly, guiding us along the path to find new ways.

Listen to your intuition. Trust yourselves. You may chose to consult a life coach, to have a healing to clear your emotions and find clarity, or to book yourself in a workshop. These are also great ways to unlock the door. There is no good way or bad way, the essential is to keep searching.

In my case, these last few years, I have attained another level of clarity. As one of my friend put it, I am connecting the dots. Everything I have learnt and achieved for the last 30 years has taken a new meaning. It is time for me to give back, to share my passions, to help others to achieve theirs. I have created Living Inspired to share my unique talents as a mentor, teacher, artist and practitioner in order to help others empower themselves. Through my practice, I am living my purpose to share my skills, my intuition and experience, to grow continuously and to be of service to others. Pursuing my path with enthusiasm is bringing me fulfillment, joy, and a meaningful vision for my life.
