We all have a different approach to food. A big part of it is cultural. In France or in Italy, food has an important role. It is a traditional way of sharing and a celebration of life. We go to the market together, we choose and prepare food, and then we gather around the table to enjoy it together. In Australia, sadly, many have adopted a more americanised way of eating.
Our food choices reflect a lot about each of us. It shows what kind of relation we have (or not) with our body, our values, our emotional state. It is also a sign of our personal spiritual evolution. I have noticed that my tastes have changed a lot since the last 10 years. Many of my students also comment on how their connection to food has transformed. Some cannot touch alcohol or meat anymore, it is not a deliberate choice. They just feel more sensitive, more in touch with the wisdom of their body. As their Reiki practice evolves, they are able to tune into their own individual needs without effort.
Having a daily practice like Reiki allows us to clear and balance our energy. We learn to become a channel of light and develop our intuitive skills. Some of the many amazing secondary effects are better physical and emotional health, loosing weight, looking younger and sleeping better. Not Bad!
Many good reasons to learn Reiki, or stick to your practice, and enjoy clean and vibrant food in order to life fully, evolve fast and become the spiritual lightworkers the world need.
