In this recipe I have added to Cacao and Matcha the delicate touch of Lavender.Try it! It is fabulous! A tiny drop into your herbal tea after dinner will help promote a good night sleep. Ingredients for 12 to 14 Bliss Balls
· 2 cup ground almonds
· 2 Tbsp Matcha green tea powder
· 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
· ½ cup Coconut nectar or Yacon
· ½ cup dried wild blueberries or currants
· 2 fresh Medjool dates, pitted
· 2 drops Lavender Essential oil
· 1 pinch of salt
· shredded Coconut
Place all ingredients in your blender. Form into balls and roll them up in Cocoa Dust. Keep in Fridge.
