Ingredients: As always organic (or at least insecticide free) is the best.

Base:

  • 2 cups of almond meal (activated almond if possible).
  • 1 cup flaxseeds meal
  • 1/2 cup Hemp seeds protein
  • 2 tbsp (adjust to your taste) of raw Yacon or coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup macademias nuts
  • 1/3 cup goji berries soaked for a couple of minutes
  • 1 or 2 tbsp raw organic coconut oil
  • (adjust quantity following your taste)

Cover:

  • 3/4 cup cacao butter (or coconut oil)
  • 3/4 cup raw cacao in powder
  • ½ cup (less or more depending of your taste) of raw Yacon or coconut nectar

1/Place the base ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until the mixture is completely broken down and is like a fine sticky crumb. If you want to keep some crunchiness add the macademias nuts just before the end.

2/Line a cake tin with baking paper. Press the mixture firmly into the cake tin and place in the fridge. An hour later or next day prepare the cacao cover.

3/ Slowly melt cacao butter, combine with your choice of syrup and mix carefully. Add cacao until smooth and well combined. Pour the chocolate over your slice and use the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges.

Place in the fridge for several hours to set.

Enjoy!
